Cokin Black & White Filter Kit H400-03

The Cokin Black & White Filter Kit H400-03 is a complete set with four filters especially for black and white photography. Cokin filters are made of CR-39 organic glass and ensure optimal light transmission for high image quality. The filters are extremely lightweight and are highly resistant to shocks and drops. The filters in this H400-03 kit have a size of 85 by 85 millimeters and are compatible with the Cokin P-series filter holder.

The P001 and P002 filter

With the Cokin P001 filter filter you emphasize the yellow tones in an image and make it warmer in colour tone. The P002 Orange filter makes the colours blue, purple, green and yellow / green darker. The filter is very useful for landscape and architectural photography in black and white photography to obtain vivid contours. The colour of the sky is softened, making the clouds stand out clearly against it.

The P003 and P004 filter

The P003 Red filter is ideal for improving the contrast in your recordings. Green and blue colours are filtered out of the image while red colours are emphasized. Clouds are more emphasized just as if a storm is coming. This filter is also very effective when shooting in hazy environments and creating moonlight effects. In addition, this filter can also be used for infrared photography. With the P004 Green filter you can create certain grey tones that are normally not obtainable with black and white photography. These grey tones give your recordings more depth.
