Delivery terms and conditions:
Every effort is made to ensure that your purchase will reach you as soon as is possible, some products may take longer than others. Every customer will be contacted to confirm delivery time and stock availability.
Stock status on items is for indication purposes only and is not always accurate.
• Whelan Cameras work with a number of couriers: All deliveries are dispatched 48 hours after your order is placed - subject to stock availability (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
• Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Tuesday. If you have a preferred delivery day, enter this in the comments section of the order form.
• Delivery is normally charged at €10 per delivery for all normal weight items, any order containing an overweight or oversized item begin at €15. Overweight items include large printers, full background paper rolls.
• Deliveries to Northern Ireland are available at extra cost. Please contact us for details. Where a price includes delivery, this is for the Republic only.
• If you have different delivery requirements, please state this on the order form as you proceed through check out. If we cannot comply, we will contact you immediately.
• Delivery charges. To find out what the delivery charges are, simply "Add to Cart" the item you need. Go to the Checkout, and you will see the charge. Any item can easily deleted by removing from cart at the checkout. Some items included delivery charges and are clearly stated.
• Please note that our couriers will endeavour to deliver as arranged but we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred because of non delivery or factors caused by others.
Please Note: We do not deliver to Parcel Motels or PO boxes, all deliveries must be to private residences or recognised work place addresses.
We only deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland. We do not offer a worldwide shipping service
