The Traveller

With 5-sections, Alana is designed to be compact when folded, ensuring it can easily fit into luggage or camera bags.

Built for Comfort

Alana’s top section features a large rubber grip for comfort alongside the smooth, curved, magnesium alloy mounting plate. Its leg locks feature grippy rubber O-Pads making it comfortable to use in any weather.

Formed from 8 layers of 100% pure carbon fibre, Alana is both strong and lightweight, yet can support up to 60 kg / 132 lb of camera gear.

Dual purpose

With ¼”-20 and 3/8”-16 threads at both ends, Alana excels as a monopod, and can also be used as a lighting or boom arm.

Thanks to its dual ¼”-20 and 3/8”-16 thread in the base, Alana can use any of our tripod feet, and can also be purchased in a kit with our Docz foot stabiliser

Large rubber grip at the top is comfortable to use, and includes channels that aid water dispersal

Grippy rubber O-Pads on the leg locks aid grip and leverage to ensure rigidity when extended

Spring-loaded dual thread at the top gives a choice of directly mounting a camera or lens to the 1/4”-20 thread, or adding a head or clamp via the 3/8”-16 thread.
